Snow Day

Here are the puppies out in their first big snow !! They've seen snow before but never 12 + inches.

The Princess

And here is the Princess or Sissy Bug as she is also called. She is a very petite girl but don't let her size fool ya- she bosses those boys around !!

The Boys

Here are the BOYS !!! They are soo Cute and Naughty !!! I am going to miss Zane and Zissou- as they are leaving on Saturday the 17th.

Happy Halloween

Zane helped me pass out the candy and greeted everyone. He did a great job and was friendly and curious about everything and everyone. The only thing that bothered him was the cold rainy weather. But as you can see it didn't bother him that much since I wrapped him up with a blanket- that spot on his head is a piece of sucker LOL. That is me with the hat and Zane's little Podengo nose sticking out of the blanket.

Tonight at my church- St. Peter's Lutheran in Battle Creek. We had a Blessing of the Animals- in honor of St. Francis of Assisi Day. My hopes is that all the puppy demons were driven out and now I will have sweet Angel puppies !! LOL They were a hit but alittle loud at times. Maybe they were trying to join in the singing !!

EARS UP

The little girl aka Princess P, Luna or now Sissy. Had her first outing in the yard today and her ears are up !! She is such a sweet girl- just like her momma.

First Meal

Well I gave the kids their firs taste of food. And they LOVED it !!! I knew it was time when I caught another one with his head in his mom's food dish.

Puppy playmate

David was concerned about Hali having puppies. He kept saying that they would all pile on him. But as you can see- He LOVES the puppies !!

Showy Girl

It's never too early to work on the stand for exam !! My son David is helping Princess with her stand. Even thought WPPM are not shown on a table- it will work for now. David wants to show her too. UKC shows have great Jr. Showmanship classes- parents can go in the ring with their children.

Where's the Food ??

Here is the Princess- checking out her momma's food dish. It was empty but she was licking the dish !! I am going to try and feed them some real food tonight. I am sure it will be Fun !!

Monster Puppies

Well they will be 3 weeks old tomorrow !! They are barking, growling, trying to play and escaping from the puppy pool. Their personalities are starting to come out- I guess it's time to name them.
Due to the unfortunate loss of the little puppy- there are no puppies avilable at this time. They are so sweet- I am toying around with the idea of keeping 2 LOL :0)

In Loving Memory

I am very sad to say that this little one passed away on Sept. 7th. He was so tiny from the start and never did seem to gain weight. We did all that we could for the little one- but he just didn't make it. This is a bitter sweet picture of him and his momma.

We will miss you little one- we love you !!

When I went in to check on the puppies today, I saw that one was missing ! Guess where I found her ??? Sleeping with my hubby !! He loves babies.

Hali's Tired

I think that Hali is tired of the kids already !! She says" It was fun for a week but now I've had it !!

She is a good momma and the puppies are doing good. They are very vocal and move around the pool, especially when they are trying to find their mom !!

THE BABIES ARE HERE !!!

Well starting at 1:18 am on Tuesday morning Hali proceded to have 5 babies- 4 boys and 1 girl . She did a GREAT job !!! Thanks to Mary & Steve for keeping me company and helping alot !! They are all very sweet- there is one that looks just like daddy Marco. I'll try to keep putting updates on here- when I take a break from "LOVIN ON PUPPIES "

5 Days till Due Date

Well Hali has 5 days until her first due date !!! She is acting fine- needing lots of attention. Just like any expectant girl !!! I will try to post puppy info when the time comes !!

Bunny for Lunch- (this was when Otter was a baby,he's alot bigger now.)

Yesterday when I let Hali outside- I didn't realize that one of our rabbits had gotten out until I heard this scream like bark and saw Hali tearing around the yard with poor Otter the rabbit racing a head. Luckly I was able to grab her and got the rabbit safely back into his cage. Hali kept running around the yard with her tail up looking for that RASCALLY WABBIT !!!

Pickles and Ice Cream Please

Well it looks like my Miss Hali might be expecting. Today she started being picky about her food. Normally she eats everything down. But today she ate some then covered it up with her towel. She did gulp down some steak and hamburger though. Hali was bred to Ch. Marcos de Retrouvaille WM and is due late August.

Hali & Maui

I got the chance to have Maui here for a visit while Mary Dixon her owner was out in California taking Tyler (Maui's brother) to be a Movie Star !!
Maui is a very sweet girl and has great markings !! Hali played nice with her which is a good thing because hopefully next month Hali will have her babies !!
